Our logistics system ensures that every order arrives fresh, hygienic, and ready for immediate use — maintaining the same quality standards that define our brand.

Delivery Coverage & Schedule

We offer nationwide delivery of our fresh and frozen poultry products. Standard delivery time ranges from 24 to 72 hours, depending on order size and location. Remote areas may take longer, and large export or bulk orders may require additional processing time. Please note that all shipments are dispatched only after payment confirmation.

Packaging & Freshness Guarantee

Every Jaguafrangos product is packaged in hygienic, temperature-controlled containers to preserve freshness from our plant to your facility. Our cold-chain logistics system ensures that both fresh and frozen chicken arrive in perfect condition. To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide accurate delivery details and have someone available to receive the order.

Delays & Customer Responsibility

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, logistical issues, or unforeseen weather conditions. Once the order is delivered, proper storage and handling (refrigeration or freezing) become the customer’s responsibility. Jaguafrangos is not liable for any spoilage or quality issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.
